About FBN

Since our beginning in 1999, the Faith-Based Network has been built upon a foundation of collaboration and innovation. Collectively, we are better able to confront the tremendous business challenges facing our industry, such as declining reimbursement for services and increasing demand from Baby Boomers. Through our exclusive group purchasing contracts, as well as contracts brokered through our national GPO partner Premier, FBN helps members achieve the cost savings typically enjoyed only by larger long-term care chains.

Our Covenant

The members of the Faith-Based Network minister and enable care for older persons, and those in need, from a variety of faith traditions. In honoring and respecting the integrity of our human and religious differences, we reflect our faith in god’s love and concern for those for whom we care, their families, and those who provide the care.
